What Are the Electric Dirt Bikes for Adults?
Peak Power
In the peak power rankings, the RFN and Beta achieved a tie for the top position, each delivering 12.5 kW. The E Ride Pro closely followed with a peak output of 12 kW and a nominal power of 5 kW. In this article, you can find the best and perfect information about the Electric Dirt Bikes for Adults.
The Surron Lightbee X and Stage 2 shared the last position, both producing 6 kW peak and 3 kW nominal power. It is noteworthy that three models (E Ride Pro SS, Beta Explorer, RFN Ares DLX) are equipped with a turbo button that temporarily enhances power output. Consequently, it is advisable to consider both nominal and peak power when evaluating performance.
Drag Race
Our initial assessment involved a drag race to evaluate the acceleration and top speed of each bike. The competitors included the Beta Explorer, Surron Lightbee X, Talaria Sting R, and Rawrr Mantis. It became evident that the Talaria Sting R outperformed the others.

Subsequently, we pitted the Talaria Sting R against the RFN, E Ride Pro, and Stage 2, revealing that the E Ride Pro SS was the standout performer. Finally, with the arrival of the Falcon M.
We raced it against the Talaria Sting R, which had previously secured the second-fastest position. The Falcon M swiftly claimed the second spot, while the E Ride Pro SS was established as the definitive leader in both acceleration and top speed.
Battery Capacity and Range
To assess the battery range of each electric dirt bike, we discharged them to approximately 15 percent power. The RFN Ares Rally DLX led the battery capacity rankings with 3.2 kWh, followed closely by the E Ride Pro at 2.9 kWh.
However, the E Ride Pro excelled in range, achieving 25 miles per charge, followed by the 79Bike Falcon M with 24 miles, and the RFN with 23 miles. The Talaria Sting R managed 19 miles, the Light bee X 17 miles, the Beta 15 miles, the Rawrr 14 miles, and the Stage 2 M1 11 miles.
Battery Removal
We evaluated the bikes based on the speed and ease of battery removal, ranking them from the quickest to the slowest: The Light bee X, Sting R, E Ride Pro, and 79Bike all feature nearly identical battery compartments. While they share a similar design, the dimensions of the batteries and their compartments vary, leading to some models experiencing significant difficulty in battery removal.
For this reason, we acknowledge the Light Bee X as a standout, followed closely by the Sting R, E Ride Pro, and 79Bike, which presented the greatest challenge in this category due to its large battery fitting into a compact space. It is important to note that while easier battery removal was observed, it often led to increased rattling. Therefore, it is advisable to use shims in these battery compartments to mitigate the noise.

Next in line is the Rawrr Mantis, which features an automatic button that simplifies battery changes; however, we noted a drawback as the system fails to operate when the battery is disconnected. We appreciate the full-size seat on the Stage 2, although it does result in slower battery exchanges.
The same issue applies to both the RFN and the Beta, which share a similarly intricate design. Nevertheless, due to the heavier battery of the RFN, we prefer the Beta for its more straightforward removal process. Brakes
The 79Bike excelled in braking performance, significantly outperforming its competitors. These brakes are the best we have encountered on a stock eMoto. The E Ride Pro SS secured the second position, while the Rawrr Mantis ranked last in this category.
Weight
The Surron emerged as the lightest option at 123 pounds, whereas the Mantis was the heaviest at 165 pounds. The 79Bike Falcon M offered a favorable balance, being one of the lighter models with a larger 72v battery, weighing in at 130 pounds.
Suspension
The Talaria Sting R boasted the finest suspension, providing a notable advantage for this model. Our test unit was fitted with a FastAce fork and shock, with some variants featuring the Talaria Factory fork, which represents the best factory suspension option we have encountered.
The Surron Light Bee X was a surprising runner-up, especially considering that earlier Surron models had inconsistent suspension performance. While the E Ride Pro SS demonstrated good hold-up, it did not match the compliance of the Sting R or Light Bee X.
